How Do I Place An Order?
Use the cart icon on the upper right corner of the page to view your shopping cart for your current order. You may proceed to the secure payment after you have completed your shopping experience.
Payment & Shipping
Any form of card payment may be used in our secure system, tax will apply at the end of the purchase. When completing order, please fill in the correct shipping address. Shipping and handling fees will be added to the order in the end of your purchase.

Your orders are housed in our secure system, and Lady Caftann may view your shipping orders to fulfill your shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, Lady Caftann may exchange items of the same or greater value within 14 days. Dresses cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or torn after purchase.
